Recently, a lot of turmoil swept our beloved home country Lebanon, from COVID19 pandemic, economic downturns, political disputes, to currency devaluation, and recently the devastating Beirut Port explosion. Yet, ICC Group remained hopeful that things will eventually get back to normal. Thus, we decided to support our youth and help fuel their passion in meaningful ways.
“Sponsoring a youth beach football team to win a local tournament and eventually participate in the Asian tournament” sound unconventional to many, yet very thoughtful for us. How challenging and exiting is it to back our young and passionate citizens and plant the seed of hope and success into their hearts and minds?
The Football Club of Beirut (FCB) wanted to give such hope for its football team despite Lebanon’s current economic situation, to encourage them to give their best with an ultimate aspiration that change will come their way!
With both parties aligned on a common mission, FCB with the support of ICC Group was able to drive its team to success and win the tournament with amazing scores!
It is not important how you support the local community, what is crucial is to find the right mission to support!
