Bushra ITANI
Chairwoman of ICC Group
Mrs. Itani is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of ICC Group. Mrs. Itani co-founded ICC Group in 1984 in Beirut, together with her husband Mr. Ahmad Issa and has been involved in the management and development of the group ever since.
Mrs. Itani, has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the ICT field, specifically in the business development domain where she helped ICC and other companies in ISSA Holding group to grow their business.
She has also played an active role in Social and Municipal affairs in Beirut, where she was an elected Member of the Council of Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut from 2003 to 2006 and Member of the Beirut Municipal Council in 2010. She continues to play an active role in the community towards charitable and social initiatives aimed towards bettering and increasing cohesion in her country.
Mrs. Itani holds a BE degree from ESIB in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Process Automation and Control from the Imperial College of London.
Lama ISSA
Member of the Board of Directors of ICC Group
Mrs. Issa is a member of the ICC Board of Directors, deeply involved in the development of ICC through her contribution in the restructuring of the HR function and recruiting of experienced and talented professionals in the Group.
Mrs. Issa began her career with ICC and continues to be involved in the overall HR management of the group while at the same time leading the development of a Corporate Governance framework for ICC Group.
Her passion for social work and environmental responsibility has led her to start developing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the ICC Group.
Mrs. Issa holds a Bachelor degree in Medical Social Work from the Lebanese University and a Master degree in Human Resource Management from AUB.
Hilmi EL-LOULOU
Group Managing Director of ICC Group
Mr. El-loulou is a member of ICC Group Board of Directors, and the Managing Director of the group. Mr. El-loulou has led, together with the board of directors, the restructuring of ICC Group, working simultaneously on upgrading the quality of services, broadening the offerings and establishing strategic partnerships with leaders in the ICT field.
Today, Mr. El-loulou’ s focused effort and expert knowledge is directed towards expanding ICC into being one of the leading ICT solutions providers in the MENA Region.
With over 20 years in the field of technology and IT, Mr. El-loulou managed several companies in the field of technology and IT, before joining ICC in 2003.
Mr. El-loulou holds a BE from A.U.B in Computer & Communications Engineering.
Rawan ISSA
Member of the Board of Directors of ICC Group
Mrs. Issa joined the family business 15 years ago as a Sales Executive and has grown in her role to become a Board Member of ISSA HOLDING, specifically chairing the Finance Function, Business Development and Investments.
She also serves on the board of several of IH’s subsidiaries and on the Executive and Operations Committee of IH’s KSA Business, currently leading their Digital Transformation Initiatives. Mrs. Issa holds a BE from the American University of Beirut in Computer & Communication Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from HEC Paris.
